Shipping policy

Dispatch time: 5-7 business days. (Time may vary depending on volumes received)

All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. 

Delays due to customs clearance or internal services are not counted.

International orders (including Macau & China) may incur import duties or taxes levied by the authorities of your country / region. These duties, taxes or fees are paid by the consignee. 

Some countries are excluded due to the custom problems or force majeure. If we cannot process your order, you will be provided a refund.
